本屆格萊美成全了Beyonce和Taylor Swift，兩人分獲6項和4項大獎，Taylor Swift贏得了通類里分量最重的年度專輯，而Beyonce也成為一屆格萊美拿獎最多的女歌手；Jason Mraz拿到了最佳流行男歌手，總算不再是John Mayer了，不管是口碑和銷量，Mraz完全值得這個獎了。
